Casing Logging Tool

Casing Logging Tool consists of Production Combo Logging Tool, Azimuth Acoustic Bond Tool , FOG Continuous Inclinometer Tool and Through Casing Formation Resistivity Logging Tool, of which the development of TCFR has been completed, and is being carried out field test.

1) Production Combo Logging Tool (HSR)

Adopting pressure (quartz) Gauge andexpress response temperature sensor, HSR can be applied for production profile, annulus profile, injection profile. Its data can be used to research dynamic production, water holdup interface and water absorption profile, etc.

2) Azimuth Acoustic Bond Tool (AABT)

AABT is a new azimuth logging tool used to evaluate cementing quality. The sonde consists of 1 transmitter array and 2 receivers. Its source receiver space is 3ft, and receiver space is 2ft.AABT can not only have the same functions as performed by CBL/VDL in evaluating the first and second interface bonding condition, but also provide orientation evaluating results of the first and second interface bonding condition, cement channeling strip and orientation evaluation of formation properties.

3FOG Continuous Inclinometer Tool (FCIT)

FCIT is a kind of advanced device with applying fiber optic gyroscope. With orthogonally-placed sensors like FOG and accelerator, parameters of angular and linear motion in the space of relative inertia can be measured and inclination and azimuth of measured borehole in different measuring cycles can be worked out by using airborne trace reckoning. Based on the Sagnac effect in closed optical path, FOG is a new type of angular velocity sensor characterized by high accuracy of measurement and measuring data free from magnetic influence. FCIT can be used for open hole, cased hole and tube well.

4) Through Casing Formation Resistivity Logging Tool (TCFR)

TCFR is composed of high-current transmission circuit, nV-level weak signal detection circuit, hydraulic controller and electrode array with 6 sets of telescopic cylinder electrodes. TCFR is mainly used to dynamically monitor oil/gas reservoirs and residual oil distribution, and improve the recovery ratio.
